1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Agrevol AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Services
Agrevol AI allows users to:
Manage livestock herds and track financial data.
Access AI-powered agricultural advice (using Google Gemini and Grok).
View weather forecasts.
List and browse livestock and equipment in a user-to-user marketplace.
Calculate Morocco's "Daam Al-Kassab" livestock subsidy eligibility (for Moroccan users).
Estimate animal weight using mathematical formulas based on body measurements.
Analyze feed rations based on animal weight, body mass, production goals, and activity type.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: NOT A GOVERNMENT ENTITY Agrevol AI is a private application and is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any government agency or monitoring body (such as ONSSA or the Ministry of Agriculture). Any information provided regarding regulations, subsidies, or procedures is for informational purposes only and should be verified with official sources.
3. User Accounts
Registration: You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal activity.
4. Marketplace & Listings
Agrevol AI provides a platform for users to connect. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
A. User Responsibilities
You represent that you have the legal right to sell any item you list.
Descriptions must be accurate and not misleading.
You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users.
B. Prohibited Items
You may NOT list:
Illegal items or stolen goods.
Weapons, drugs, or hazardous materials.
Sick animals known to carry contagious diseases without disclosure.
Fake or fraudulent listings.
C. Release of Liability
Agrevol AI does not verify users or items. You release us from any claims, demands, or damages arising from disputes with other users. We strongly advise verifying items in person before exchanging money.
5. AI & Content Disclaimer
Informational Purposes: The AI advice, scientific guides, and other content are for general informational purposes only.
No Professional Advice: The App does not provide professional veterinary, financial, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for specific concerns.
Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the AI or the App. AI responses may contain errors.
6. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
Post content that is hate speech, pornographic, or violent.
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the App.
Use automated systems (bots) to access the App without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, logos, and content (excluding user-generated content), is the property of the developers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agrevol AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind.
9. Financial Transactions
No In-App Purchases: Agrevol AI does not process any payments within the application.
Partner Services: Premium features or professional services (such as "Agrevol Partner" status) are activated through our partner channels outside the app (e.g., direct contact with our support team). We do not store or process any credit card or payment information within the App.
10. Third-Party Advertisements
The App may display advertisements from Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or for any products or services promoted through them.
11. Data Security
All communications between Agrevol AI and external services (Firebase, Google Gemini, Grok, AdMob) are protected with TLS 1.2 or higher. Firebase security rules ensure that each user can only access their own data.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted within the App. Your continued use of the App following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
14. Dispute Resolution
Step 1: Contact our support team via email (below) to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
Step 2: If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Moroccan Commercial Arbitration Center.
15. App Updates
We may release updates to Agrevol AI that add or remove features. Your continued use of the App after an update signifies your acceptance of any modified Terms.
